Rafael Theater Event Room: conversion of an unused area of the historical movie theater in downtown San Rafael to a functioning event room. Meticulous attention was paid to matching historic characteristics of the original theater and period architecture while maintaining the acoustical isolation separating the theater from the event room. The centerpiece of the room was the original chandelier and accompanying frieze painting to preserve that character.
