AKILI Tenant Improvement
This TI enables us to clean up an exposed ceiling area, remove several offices, and turn the main office area into a collaborative working environment. There were several trades involved to make the open ceiling area look organized and clean. The open office area has been divided on the floor by materials, defining each work area. The structure of the building lent itself to open beam ceilings, and open air work areas.
FitLab Tenant Improvement
An older retail/office/restaurant space in Fairfax got a complete reimagining of the space. The prior tenant was a clothes cleaning business, and have typical office and retail space, with a closed in ceiling. This design required a full demolition of the interior of the space, with new HVAC, lighting, flooring, plumbing, and dividers to create an inviting Gym that provides yoga, weight, cycling, and other types of health fitness opportunities.
Lifehouse Tenant Improvement
This old office building got a complete remodel, which included all 3 floors. Working with Erin Euesugi Architects, we provide demolition and remodeling services creating essentially a new building within the existing structure. The building required a new elevator, and a restructure of the framing to provide some open areas on the 2nd floor to create an inviting office space. New restrooms and kitchenettes provide comforts for the employees to enjoy on a daily basis.
