Warehouse or Industrial Space

Many of our clients operate warehouse storage or manufacturing facilities which are completely different types of structures with different requirements than office spaces. While some of the buildings are wood or metal framed, most are concrete tilt up or metal prefabricated buildings. We are familiar with alterations to concrete tilt ups, including seismic upgrades,  and have also modified many pre-fabricated metal (butler). We are familiar with alterations to the slab for plumbing, mechanical and fire sprinkler systems, roof hatches and skylights, loading docks and levelers, shelving and storage systems, damage caused by forklifts and other large equipment and, occasionally, the build out of interior offices.
