Parking and Ramps

Requirements for parking in commercial buildings have become more complex and stringent. In particular, providing parking with less than a 2% cross slope and a similar pathway from the parking space to the building can present many challenges. We have experience with asphalt grinding and paving filets, as well as familiarity with van accessibility requirements, signage, wheel stop locations, curb cuts, sidewalk ramps, highlighting path of travel and placement of truncated domes, and the visual identifications and indicators.

Handicap Ramps, from concrete to wood, can pose challenges at most buildings, but we are familiar with the various options available, including the approaches, the lengths, the railings, and the slopes.
