Means and Methods Analysis

We have worked with many of our clients at the conception of the project to provide input on means and methods needed to further the various design characteristics being considered. We provide labor, time, and dollar estimates for the proposed work elements. Since many of the buildings are occupied during the construction process, we have learned how to be very creative in order to accomplish construction objectives while minimizing costs and mitigating the impact on the occupants and their operations. We often perform cost analysis when considering different products or different design techniques, and are always glad to share our previous experiences of what has worked and what has not made sense. In addition to our own insight, we have developed and maintained positive relationships with various sub-contractors and consultants who are always willing to offer their insight and wisdom.
