Lobby Upgrades

We have completely upgraded the main entry lobbies of several buildings. These upgrades have included projects such as removal, restoration, and reinstallation of marble walls and ceilings, cast plaster ceilings and cornices, golf leaf ceilings, bronze and metal restoration, terrazzo floors, wood floors, tile floors, unique forms and surfaces and varieties of lighting, complicated glass store front, reception desks and guard stations, directories, displays and feature artwork, HVAC, fire sprinkler and life safety systems.

We understand that the lobby of a building often defines the character of the building and are familiar with the dynamics needed to maximize the impact.
