Estimating Services

We provide estimating services such as preliminary budget estimates and conceptual estimates, actual labor and material take-offs, quantity surveys, and anticipated labor requirements. We can both provide estimates based on unit price and support the estimates with actual, real sub-contractor bids, current material costs, and labor rates, as well as validate other budgets and estimates, such as identifying areas that may be inadequate or over estimated. We will help you set up excel templates and guide you through the process to allow you to develop your own estimates. Because we are an active member of the American Society of Professional Estimators, we strongly believe in adherence to ethical estimating and bidding practices and will not participate in bid pedaling or bid shopping.
