Entry and Accessibility

We have extensive experience modifying commercial buildings as needed to provide compliant entry accessibility. Most of these projects include removal of existing barriers such as thresholds, steps, and narrow passages in order to provide a compliant approach clearance and a barrier-free path of travel.

Other projects include replacement, modification or upgrade of existing entry door assembly systems, including the addition of automatic door operators. We have remodeled many entry lobbies to provide clearance and required signage for the visually impaired, as well as renovated many elevators to include lower call buttons, cab control, required railing, and enunciator systems.

Our experience with common area and corridor upgrades to remove barriers and to identify any protruding features makes us a valuable asset in any ADA upgrade or construction.
