Corridors and Common Areas

We have experience with upgrading corridors and common areas, which includes upgrading existing corridors to meet fire rating requirements. We have improved acoustical rating of corridors, widened corridors for ADA clearances, and upgraded finishes to improve the building's look. In addition to this, we have upgraded other common areas, such as stairways and stair landings, floor lobbies, common area break rooms, mail receiving alcoves, commercial parking garages, store rooms, boiler rooms, mechanical rooms and elevator equipment rooms.
