Additions and New Buildings

While a large portion of our work focuses on renovation of existing interiors, we also have experience with new commercial building and additions to existing buildings. The new buildings are often just a shell building as part of a landlord agreement to complete new buildings, from excavation to tenant use. We have experience with various types of buildings which includes typical wood frame structures, metal stud frame buildings, and post and beam construction with curtain walls and concrete tilt up. We embrace the trend of green construction and work with developers and owners on conceptual pricing and pricing various projects, such as engineering and competitive bidding of final design. While green building practices have become quite popular in recent years, we are proud to say we have worked with some of the pioneers in green building 20 years ago, and are excited to see it's inclusion as a primary design influence.
