ADA Upgrades

Because our focus is commercial construction, our projects typically include elements required to meet ADA compliance, ranging from new work to minor adjustments for upgrade existing structure. We are familiar with the 20% hardship waiver and the requirements and priorities required by various building departments and agencies.

We are knowledgeable about parking and restroom requirements, as well as path of travel requirements, such as parking and street access, ramps and exterior walkways, front entrances, stairs and elevators, access to work space, break areas, and barrier removal.

We have relationships with many design consultants familiar with the latest interpretations, and have an array of solutions available to minimize the impact, both physically and financially.
