About Us

Meylan Construction is a Marin County based, Bay Area Commercial Contractor and was formed as a result of the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake. We first started our business in residential and commercial construction in the 415 area code only (San Francisco and Marin County), but now we focus and specialize solely in commercial tenant improvement projects and commercial speciality construction in an area that has expanded to include the Peninsula and East Bay, as well as the North Bay areas, such as Napa and Sonoma County.

Through the successful completion of thousands of projects, we have come to fully understand what you, as a customer, are looking for, and have, after more than twenty years of building strong professional relationships, developed a mission statement:

Successfull delivery of certainty requires transparency. We operate as your own, in-house construction department. We want the same thing you do. Your goals and objectives are ours. We share all of our estimates and take-offs, including labor and material estimates, with you, and provide copies of our sub-contractor bids for your perusal.

Here at Meylan Construction, it's about understanding our client's vision and working hand in hand to help the client understand all of the components of the vision, while clearly communicating the costs and options available every step of the way.
